Creative Cloud Sync folder not syncing

Cant find an answer to this, hope you can help.

I want to be able to create a illustrator/photoshop cloud file and place or import it into Premiere. The live cloud file, that is, rather than having to export it (so i can easily tweak it on iPad and it updates). Am i right in thinking all my illustrator and cloud files should be syncing to my "Creative Cloud Files" folder in Finder? In Because it seems to be empty apart from an Audition folder — see attached. In my Creative Cloud app, there are a tonne of files in the "Your Files" section, they just dont show up in finder.

I've tried numerous fixes, including reinstalling CC desktop app multiple times, deleting all .db and variant files (in Username>Library> Application Support >Adobe>CoreSync), but with no success. Any and all ideas really appreciated.

The plot thickets! I just realised when viewing Creative Cloud files via web browser on the "Your Files" page, there is a button bottom left called "Launch More", and when you click this it brings up the option of "Synced Files"

When you click on this it brings up a pop up window showing another set of files — in my case that lonely Audition folder that i see reflected in my desktop Creative Cloud folder.

SO there is two sets of files: "Your Files" and "Synced Files". Even though Your Files are synced too🙃? This is so unecessarily confusing...
