Creative cloud sync problem

HI guys i have some problem with crative cloud files upload .

its not syncing psd and program files like AI , PSD, INDD,AEP

have an idea why ?

Can you sync any files? Are you using the Web UI or the Client? Which operating system are you on or which browser and version are you using? Which version of the client are you using?

I'm using a client the version is 1.7.1.418 and yes its syncing some files but not the source files like psd for example

here take a look what i got . and only 0.33% of the space is used.

What is the path to the folder, those files are in? Maybe the folder cannot be created in the first place? Is this in a collaboration?
