Creative Cloud Sync quit how do I get it back to download the new programs I just bought?

How do I get Creative Cloud Sync back on my Mac to download the programs I just bought? My Creative Cloud Sync just quit working when it was updating my Photoshop. I also do not want to overwright my existing programs but I wasn't given an option to say I don't want it to overwrite
