Adobe products are very poorly programmed.
Creative cloud crashes my M1 mac mini at each startup.
I pay for very bad software. It's a scam

Would you mind telling us the version of the operating system and the version of the Creative Cloud Dekstop Application you're using? Do you get any error messages?
