Creative cloud update failed

Hi!

Shows error code 505. Following this error in Adobe help, I found this: uninstall beyondtrust powerbroker 

 

BUT I DONT HAVE IT ON MY PC! 🙂 

 

On laptop everyhing works. 

 

Anybodu have the same issue?

i Can be resolved,error505

 

step1.Search service.

step2.Serch Secondary Logon in Service.

step3.Secondary right click &  property click.

step4.Startup type→Automatic

step5.Apply→Start

step6.OK

You can Install.
