Creative Cloud updates not showing...

I have gone through all these settings: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/install-update-issues/cant-find-updates-creative-cloud.html

 

My Creative Cloud (Part of a company account) is not showing me the latest indesign. This has been the same for 30 days though I know there’s a newer version.

 

Reinstalled/fixed the CC app. Removed the OPM.db, refreshed the updates, Signed out and in… nothing seems to work. 

 

As of 02 04 26 (Adobe for Enterprise)

    I had the same issue for InDesign and InCopy. I was not able to upgrade from 21.2 to 21.3 even after following the guide you pointed out. However, once I ran the uninstaller for both apps, I was able to then “upgrade” i.e. install the 21.3 versions.
