Hello,

I have an account with Lightroom 1To.

My cloud storage is wrong: after removeing most of my files, it is still at around 700Go used (and before to remove my files, I had only 350Go maximum).

If I add more files, the 700Go increase but it doesnt discrease whrn I remove the file.

The synchronisation is ok, only the status of total storage is wrong.

The issue is there for at least 1 week.

how can I solve it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Deleting files is a 2 step process.  You must delete the deleted files, too.  It's this way because people often make mistakes.

Creative Cloud Storage is located in 3 main places and can be accessed online at the following URLs.

Creative Cloud Assets https://assets.adobe.com
Synced files
Cloud documents
Deleted files

Lightroom https://lightroom.adobe.com
Photos
Albums
Edited files
Imported files
Deleted files

Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com
All documents
Starred files
Shared files

Adobe Spark https://spark.adobe.com
Projects
Brand files
Graphics
Web pages
Videos

open your cc desktop app and click the link to the cc web files:

empty the deleted files folder.  deleted file space is not recovered until this is done and those file are permanently deleted/unrecoverable.

check the spark and lightroom storage by clicking the links at the lower left of your cc web page.
