Creative cloud does not start after installing from the cloud on MacBookpro M1 / ​​version 11.1. The program manager was uninstalled and still unchanged

 

any sugestions? Thanks

You need a mac user profile with administrative level persmissions to install software.

If this computer is owned by your school or employer, please contact your IT dept for assistance.
