Creative Cloud/Your Work App Crashes

Every time I open my creative cloud app on my phone it works just fine until I tap on "Your Work" then, the app crashes and just closes. My cloud space has only a couple GB out of 1 TB. My app and my phone are updated. I have a brand-new Samsung S21 that I got about 6 months ago. Before, I had a Samsung s9, and it works until the last month before I change my phone. I say this become I ask adobe support to help me, and they got stuck in the idea that I needed to try opening the app in another phone. It wasn't working in my last phone. Thank you!

Hi Maria,

 

We're sorry for the delay. Are you still encountering the issue with the Creative Cloud crashing issue on your Andriod phone? Would you mind telling us the version of the Creative Cloud app you've installed on your phone? How much free storage do you have in your Andriod phone?

 

Please ensure that you have the latest Andriod version and the Creative Cloud application is up to date. Try signing out and then signing in back again. You may also try restarting the Phone and check again if that helps.
