Custom shapes gone?

Hi All,

I haven't been on my computer for a few months due to my health, but today when i jumped on to start a project I realized that my custom shapes were all gone - mainly upset because the heart one is what i needed - and all thats left are trees, animals, and boats and flowers. where did they all go and how can i get them back? i tried to download some from a free site and i cant find where to put them even. i would love some feedback and help as i feel so lost right now.
