Cut Paste not working in fields

I noticed that I am unable to cut and paste from within fields.

I copied a hex color code from an application and went to paste it into the color picker hex. Paste is greyed out. Worked last week.

When you post a question you always need to tell the program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs

Was in a bit of a panic state. Widows update and reboot fixed it
