HELP... what is up with your CC servers... my syncing stops every 39 seconds. I am trying to work, I have a magazine deadline, and since type kit isn't syncing all the time I am getting embed errors on my pdf, and some of my text isn't showing up right.  I have signed in and out of CC.  I have uninstalled and re-installed CC.  I have rebooted my computer and my modem.... now the only option I have is hair pulling!!!!!

Hi Carol,

the coresync log file will potentially provide us with useful information as to why you're having these issues.    You can find the coresync log in the location below:

Log file Location -

Mac:

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/CoreSync-yyyy-mm-dd.log

(On Mac, you need to use the Go To Folder option from the Go option in Finder (menu at the top).  Then in the pop up enter:

/users/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/

Then select go, this will take you to the folder containing the .log files.  Please note, for username, enter the relevant username on Mac.

As I mentioned in my email to you, if you are having problems finding the log file, can set up a Connect session.
