Delete all in CC Assets deleted folder

I'll often have thousands of files in the deleted folder.

Due to the buggy nature of the assets interface it usually doesn't let me delete more than 100-150 in a go. If I try to do more the tab crashes.

There needs to be a "delete all" button in the deleted folder interface so we can easily remove unwated files and folder without having to do it in batches.
