Delete Files Cloud

It appears that my cloud storage is full 42.61gb of 20gb (All files are upto date)

i want delete the cloud storage but when I go to assets etc it says I don't have any files

How do I free up my cloud storage as on one hand its full (over full) but I dont have any files to delete.

Im really confused and any help would be much appreciated
