Deleted Adobe Cloud files showing up in everyone's trash

We are a small company with less than 10 users. When someone deletes a file from our synced Adobe Cloud folder such as an image, INDD file, etc. it will show up in the trash folders of everyone's individual computer. Will upcoming changes to Adobe storage eliminate this problem? Is there any way to stop this from happening?

Thanks John. It's more about deleted files mysteriously populating trash folders throughout our network, but maybe there's a button or a setting there to prevent it from happening. I'll post again should this be the solution.
