deleted all my cloud files but still I have 19.7GB left

I deleted all my cloud files but still I have 19.7GB left, after 20GB sync isn't going to work.

I checked all libraries and deleted files but they are all cleared.

Why does it notify me that I have 19,7GB/

did you check all 7 folders at your cc web site and click the lightroom link at the lower left, and check deleted last?
