Deleted files from creative cloud files local but now deleted on sync

hi,

I need help if there's anyway to retrieve the files deleted on Creative CLoud? I always make sure to review deleted files from trash bin before deleting. But apparently, there's non on my bin and I can't undo the deletion. There's no recently deleted on the web archive as well.
