Deleting files from Creative Cloud

I recently bought the Photography plan with 20GB of storage, and already consumed my quota. I want to be able to view the files on the cloud in order to delete the ones I don't want.

I have tried using the Assets tab on Creative Cloud, then View on Web, but none of my files are showing - only a "sync" file. Please see first picture below.

Ideally, I want to be able to see my files like this example below.

Available space

Could the solution be removing files one by one in Lightroom?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Thanks for reporting the issue.

Would you be able to collect and upload log files from your system after adding a new file from Creative Cloud app?

Here is a link to an article about the tool with a link to download it.

Log Collector Tool

The tool will create a zip file on the desktop of all the log files. Please could you send us your logs (punaggar@adobe.com) using the tool.

Engineering may have some additional questions but this will help us get started.

Thanks,
