Disabling background processes on startup

Hello. I see that lots and lots of other people have asked about this, but they're all locked and I wanted to add +1 to all the people saying I don't want any of this BS on my computer. I see all the patronizing offical "solved" answers that try to reassure us that these are necessary and unintrusive, implying that we should just not worry about it.

That's shouldn't be your call to make. If my apps take 5 seconds longer to open because I disabled your background processes, that should be my choice. Stop forcing things on us. I don't want any adobe processes running unless I open an adobe app. You are driving away your customers with this BS. Stop it.
