I have synchronised a lot of my files from computer to creative cloud (30gb) but still file details shows that it takes 21gb from my comptuer disk memory. Is there a way to keep files only in cloud, not on my computer?

No.  Creative Cloud is NOT a replacement for ample hard disk storage.

Buy an external drive for backups and extra storage. Also consider using dedicated file backup & recovery just in case.

This is only $6/month:  https://www.backblaze.com/cloud-backup.html

I use a Sata docking station and several 'bare' drives for backup

or buy a large USB flash drive... or two

That's what "synchronised" means. The same files are in both places. Some cloud services let you have copies ONLY on the cloud, but Adobe's Creative Cloud simply duplicates in two places.

In any case what you suggest doing sounds very dangerous. You would have no backups! One slip, from you or from Adobe,  ot even your bank, and everything is lost.
