Do the CC apps count against your CC storage??

Can't figure out why I have 86% of my cloud storge used when I have 0 files synching.

Check your Deleted Files folder. Removing files is a 2 step procedure.

Creative Cloud Assets https://assets.adobe.com
- Synced files
- Cloud documents
- Deleted files

Lightroom https://lightroom.adobe.com
- Photos
- Albums
- Edited files
- Imported files
- Deleted files

Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com
- All documents
- Starred files
- Shared files

Creative Cloud Express (formerly called Spark) https://spark.adobe.com (does not count against your storage quota)
- Projects
- Brand files
- Graphics
- Web pages
- Videos

Thank you for the quick reply Nancy!

I found a few documents in Document Cloud but know where near 86 gig.

No files in Cloud Assets. Any folder.

No files in Lightroom. Any folder.

No files in Cloud Express/Spark (never used it) Any folder.

Confused!

Do you have more than one account?

If you haven't synced in a while, the count is probably off.
