Does Creative Cloud subscription include internet fax service?

I don't have a fax modem. Need to send/receive faxes from phone or computer

I haven't used this, but you might wan to have a look at it:

Although few people use Fax anymore, new & used fax machines are still available for puchase online and office supply stores.

Most documents are scanned into PDF and sent by email.
