Question

Don't expect Adobe to help you in anyway. They are more concerned with sales than service.

In the interest of fairness, Adobe has 15 million Creative Cloud subscribers. If the software isn't working for you, maybe something is wrong on your end.  Perhaps you need better equipment.

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use.  Pay particular attention to the new GPU requirements for Photoshop 2021.

I fully understand the limitations of Adobe based on their client base. However, there is no problem at this end. The full story :

    1. I was running both CC2019 y CC2020.

    2. Had full access to all filters with CC2019.

    3. Running CC2020 I also had full access with the exception of "lens effects".

    4. I lost CC2019 (computer crash) so updated and am now running CC2020 and CC2021 (latest version) and have access to all functions albeit the newest filters run slower due to my limited grafic card.

    5. I have carefully tried EVERY suggestion that is available on line without success. If it was due to my computer then I would expect to lose my "oil paint" function which is not the case.

    6. I would be quite content if I could re-install version CC2019 and simply work between the versions. However it is no longer available to me.

    7. As mentioned earlier I fully understand the limitations on Adobe but at the same time there should be, at times, a more personal remedy than a community blog.

    8. There is no need to reply. I am currently searching for an independent program to allow me a similar function.

Direct Download of 2019 release version.

Be sure to carefully follow these Very Important Instructions otherwise you'll get an access denied error.

Use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems.
