duplicate version shortcuts

Hi--Noticed I have shortcuts to two different versions of my cloud products. Had noticed earlier when I tried to load a project after using the INDesign shortcut that it said the project was a newer version of the software and now that makes sense.  However I really only want the shortcuts for the newer products is there a way to have that?
