Duplicating and making files

So literally I go back to my bfcm sales from last year to duplicate and edit or add to a bfcm folder. So i have to scroll down about 2-3 pages... What happens is the page reloads and i have to go back down over and over what is the multi select button even for on this program???? it works for absolutely nothing. 

Is there a way around this?? ridiculous programing here unless I am missing something/
