    You'll need to provide more information on what is happening and what you want to happen. Are you getting error messages? For which application or applications, and what are their versions? What platform are you using, Apple or Windows? Which OS? Does your hardware meet the specifications for all the applications you want to use?

    The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs, installation issues, or account issues such as subscription questions or billing problems, or generalized questions about Creative Cloud services.
