Edit settings on cloud

Question

Maybe this is a dumb question. I just want to make sure I understand the cloud right. I'm about to upgrade to get cloud storage

If I'm editing a session on my desktop and stop in the middle, will all my edits and settings and stuff be available when I pull Lightroom up on my laptop? So I can just pick up right where I left off.
