Empezar con Todas las aplicaciones para el sector educativo - ERROR

Desde mi organización de estudio, me dieron un acceso a todas las apps de la suite de adobe, cuando le doy "comenzar" con mi cuenta, entra pero sigo sin tener acceso, me pide que las compre. Que puedo hacer?
