Erreur 191 : impossible de mettre à jour Adobe creative cloud PC ni de réinstaller photoshop

Bonjour,

 

Depuis quelques temps Créative Cloud n'arrive plus à se mettre à jour.

J'ai désistallé photoshop pour le ré installer et là aussi il ne veut pas s'installer...

Quelqu'un aurait un tuyaux sur ce souci là ?

with win 11, this is from @Jeff_A_Wright :

 

Open Settings: Press Windows + I or click the Start menu and select Settings.

Go to System → then click Storage.

Scroll down and select Advanced storage settings.

Click Where new content is saved.

Use the dropdown menus to choose the C: drive for:

New apps

New documents

New music

New photos and videos

New movies and TV shows

Click Apply after making your selections.

 

and you may need to restart your computer for any changes to take effect. then install or update (whichever is triggering the 191 error) your cc desktop app.

try the old 191 fixes, then.
