Question

Error 190 updating Creative Cloud

Trying to update Creative Cloud software, getting an error 190. According to Adobe this means:

System requirements not met

I am on Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 with latest updates. This should still be supported by Adobe according to their own website: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/system-requirements/creative-cloud-requirements.html

Also with Extended Security Updates Windows 10 is officially still supported by Microsoft until at least October 12th 2027.

Please fix this so we can update Creative Cloud and through that our Adobe apps.

I'm being asked to mark my question answered. But until Adobe comes out and makes an official statement regarding support for Windows 10 I can't consider this question answered.

there’s a problem with adobe bridge not being compatible with win 10 22H2.  the message will continue to appear unless adobe updates bridge to be compatible.

meanwhile, install an older version of bridge, if you need it and wait for the update.  and start planning on updating your computer if you want to continue using adobe cc because sometime in the future all support for win 10 will stop.  i don’t know if that’s months or years in the future.

I also started getting this error 190. It didn’t happen yesterday, and started happening today. I’m also up to date with Windows 10 Pro 22H2 updates.

I read another message about Win10 no longer being supported by Adobe… I didn’t save the link, so you might want to do a forum search
