Error 202 on CC Desktop app - Tried everything and no fix??? Help!

I've been having trouble with my Windows 11 (64 bit) install of CC desktop app.

 

It did work fine last year and then updated Illustrator and it all went wrong.

 

Now my install stalls at 37.7% and gives me the error code 202.

 

I've followed every thread and tried the remove tools, logs, reloads etc. and nothing works.

 

I also spoke, via chat, with a support pro who accessed my PC remotely and did all the things I did and he couldn't get it to work. He said he'd escalate to his superiors and get back to me... yeah right. That was last year!

 

I need help otherwise subscription is useless. I can't understand why 1 minute it works, the next it doesn't.

Please help. I'm going mad.

backup your data

reformat your os harddrive

update your os

install the cc desktop app

install your cc apps
