Error 404 via mail notification

I have files shared to a team and get notifications to my mail for every comment.

When I click on these links, it leads me to a 404-page.

 

This used to work smoothly. What is the problem?

We are sorry for your difficulties as you are experiencing a 404 error code while opening any file links. Could you please let us know what type of files you shared with the team and also the application you used to share the files?

Hi There, 

 

Thank you for the information. Could you please let us know the OS version on your PC as well as the Creative Cloud Desktop Application version installed? Also please try changing the browser and see if it works. Please let us know if the error occurs only with PDF files or with other file types as well. Is there anyone else facing the same issue?
