Error 500: Internal Server Error on /links

Hi. Anyone also having a problem accessing the published links?

Hello, I`ve got the same problem since hours. I can access my cloud files and open them, and acess published prototypes via direct link, but can`t publish anything new and can`t access the overview with my published files. I get Error 500. I`ve tested with several computers and browsers, everytime the same. I`ve looked with a dev tool and I`ve seen some errors on the website. Need urgently access to my files and the publishing feature 😞

that looks like it's on adobe's end.  you'll just need to wait to see if it gets fixed.

 

you should never fail to have a back up of your important files.  trusing anyone's (adobe or otherwise) cloud server only isn't prudent.

I never said l cannot access my files or I lost them.

I cannot access the published links for sharing prototypes, which is what
we are all talking about.

I cannot show the progress done on xd to my client.

I do, and I tried with other browsers and even with another internet connection. It was working fine earlier today.

what link is failing for you?

 

note: i've seen several reports of adobe spark pages not being available so there may be an adobe server problem today.

And all published links.

 

Other colleagues seem to be facing the same issue. They can't update links from XD prototypes.

use a different browser or clear your browser's cache (at least of adobe files).
