Error al ingresar a Creative Cloud Services

Coridal saludo,

Lo que pasa es que al llegar el correo de invitacion para utilizar Creative Cloud Services e ingresar al mismo en la parte de inici ode sesion sale un mensaje que indic que no tengo permisos.

What happens is that when I start the session is when that message appears

what do you mean by "start the session"?

is the cc desktop app installed on your computer? if yes, are you able to open the desktop app and install your subscription adobe apps?
