So, I got Creative Cloud a few days ago and everything seemed to be working fine. The payment for the subscription was cancelled after about three days and since then I can no longer access my applications. When I open my programmes on my Mac, the error code 10000 appears, saying that the status of my subscription cannot be accessed. The customer service chat support said it was a technical fault that should be rectified in two hours. I received an e-mail that my customer service case is now closed. Since then, the information ‘The administration of this subscription will be possible shortly’ has appeared on the start page of my Adobe subscription. ehm Help? How long does this usually take?
