Error in Behance

Hello all,
Three to two days ago I experienced a problem with my behance account. All my projects became private automatically. I will show screenshots for quick understanding.

I usually use Microsoft Edge and I behance signed there.

 

This has never happened before. I don't understand why this is happening suddenly. I also tried editing the project and creating new projects. However, there was no gain! 

Verified both my mail and phone number. I have added below that. 

 

I contacted Behance's support, but got no response.

The only way is to submit a request. I really hope someone will help me solve this problem.

I want to tell my problem after seeing this article.

I got my account back. My problem was their bugs.

It could be that, like the user said in that other thread, Behance mistook you for a spam account.

It's the weekend right now, so please wait until next week for a response.
