Error in Behance

Hello all,

I applied an new behance account several days ago, and changed my adobe ID into the old one.

At first I got all my pofile and comments. But after I login by mobile, my profile dissapeared.

Although I can still visit the behance page as a visitor, nothing remain in my profile page. 

Does anyone know how to solve this bug?

I contacted Behance's support, but got no response.

The only way is to submit a request. I really hope someone will help me solve this problem.

Behance's only support center is on ZenDesk.

They typically responspond to service requests within 24 hours, Mon-Fri except on weekends & holidays.  If you submitted a ticket already, keep checking email including your Spam folder.
