Error in Behance, all of my projects went private

Question

Hi Everyone,Few days ago I experienced a problem with my behance account. All my projects became private automatically. I also tried to change the project status from 'Private' to 'Everyone' and it said 'There was an error processing your request'.I usually use Chrome and I behance signed there.I verified both my mail and phone number. My Behance Account URL: www.behance.net/tugpopCan anybody please help? I attached the screens below.I really appreciate any help you can provide.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/ p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
