I need help. My project crashed and now won't open!
I have put hours into this.
How can I retrieve it please?

At what point did you last save your project?

If this was built with an Adobe desktop app, search your hard drive with Mac Finder or Windows File Explorer by date and filetype.

If the project was never saved to begin with, there is nothing to recover. Sorry.

Making multiple backup files and saving regularly during long editing sessions is essential. You can never have too many backups.
