Error Message "Unable to install this font"

I was looking through my Active Fonts in Creative Cloud, and two of them don't show a preview. Instead, they say "Unable to install this font." I don't know what this means. Both of them are working on websites. They also work in Photoshop on my desktop. I clicked the arrow circle for reinstalling, but I still have the same error message in the preview box.
