error messages while trying to save to the cloud

Hi I am a new student user.

i am unable to upload my work to the creative cloud. i either get an error message stating the file is damaged or that the file is locked.... ant ideas how to correct this.

p.s i am a total tech numpty, so minimum tech language please.

look at my screenshot... to the right of the sync (hylighted in red) is a pause icon so if you have this issue (wifi is more likly) and your CC app is syncing then pause it and try the upload | download again.
