Error when trying to Collaborate a library

When trying to Collaborate a Library, I keep getting an error message "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." I have quite and restarted Photoshop, restarted my MacbookPro, tried Chrome and Safari and still get this message. Is there something wrong with the Creative Cloud service? Is anyone else having this issue?
