Extact tab is not available in Assets

Hi all,

I was using the online extract feature in Create Cloud Assets. But today I uploaded a psd file and there is no extract option as seen in picture. It was avaliable one month ago. I checked the documents and according to documents there must be extract tab after activity tab. Can anyone help how can I do extract?
