Extract can't download assets

Whenever I choose to download an asset it says:

"Extracting asset. Look for it in the Assets tab."

Even after waiting and trying for multiple hours no files appear in the Assets tab.

Does anybody else have this problem or know how to resolve it?

Hai Adobe Team,

Any update on this?

Thanks.

Hi Fhandayani,

I think its fixed now. I tried myself and it was working for me. Could you try too and let me know if you're still seeing the issue?

Thanks,

I have a quick question about this. I'm able to extract assets, but the people I collaborate with can not. Is there a reason why they can not? They get an error message "Error extracting asset.". Thanks for your help!

Still haven't found a solution, I'd like to be able to download my extracted assets.

LookingforSomeAnswers if you utilize the web interface at https://assets.adobe.com/files are you able to download the files successfully?

No, the files aren't there either.

What assets? For what program? On what system? You need to be much more specific.

http://assets.adobe.com

Used to be called Parfait.

I thought this would be the right place since the title says "Adobe Create Cloud".

I'm running OS X 10.9.5
