Failed to star coreSync / How can I fix this?

Hi, i will try my best here because english isn't my first language. The problem is the following: I'm trying to install Creative Cloud in my computer and when i try to inicializate session, this messagge appears.

I tried with de CC cleaner tool, and reinstalling it again. But the same error appears again and again. Does anyone know how to fix this?
