fenetre d acceuil et nouveau document noire

bonjour, j ai un souci TOUTES les application adobe que j utilise (premiere, indesign, illustrator, photoshop) on un ecran noir et completement vide quand j essais de cree un nouveau document ou nouveau projet.

je suis sous windows 10 edition familliale

first try, resetting the cc app. to reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

 

restart your computer and then try opening a new document in one of the problematic programs.

if that fails, reset your program preferences -
