file pdf

I try to import 2 files in my project and I get 2 different error message. I don't understand because my files are in Jpeg as my others files which are supported. 

The 2 error messages are : 

-the resolution video is not supported

-header error

What can I do ? I'm french. So if you speak french, you can answer in the langage.
