File Sync and Ownership issues

Hi, I am having consistent and seemingly impossible to fix file sync and ownership issues with my files. I have spent hours of work and personal time trying to no avail different methods for solving it, including repair, reinstall, restart, logout end processes etc. I have read all the articles I could find so far, nothing helped.
The file syncing is a thorn in my foot but since I know they're removing that service for everyone soon I have already adjusted to paying for another file management service anyway. This was my favourite solution, anything to separate myself further I'll pay it. The main issue which I need resolved is not having access to any cloud document beyond a month ago. Apparently my account doesn't have access to the files it created and I contacted the owner (me) and they didn't know either.
I have paid $5000+ to Adobe in my very short career and can'taccess the things I've done. If there's additional fees for accessing my work that i'm missing let me know and I'll do it 😄
