File Sync - CC Teams

It's GREAT to finally see the syncing feature implemented. That's why our organization went with this produc to begin with.

However, as we operate with a Team subscription, it doesn't seem to offer what we were hoping.

We are running with 2 user accounts, and would like the files to be synced with the team directly. As opposed to each account having the 100gb on the Cloud, and than also having to have files localy.

It's to the point where we use a single account at this time, and house all the files on that Cloud, leaving the master just useless.

Have I missed somewhere in the preferences to get the TEAM FILE SHARING feature used, or has it not been implemented?

Folder sharing is being worked on. We do not have a date for when it will be available.

Is this seriously not answered after three years?  Or is it now available still?  My team is having these same issues.  This CC sync should be real time or at the least a short window (to allow for sync)  Here I am attempting to collaborate with my team and files I create/modify are not viewable days later.  This is lame.
