File sync doesn't work properly

Anyone else having problems with syncing? I'm designing a magazine on my iMac and keep all files on Creative Cloud. Excellent! If it wasn't for the issue that once in a while when I want to work from my MacBook Pro the syncing doesn't work - the files I created yesterday on my iMac just aren't there when I try to reach them from my MacBook. Latest updates according to Creative Cloud were made weeks ago. Not OK! And yes I've checked the "sync files" box.

Hi, Have to updated your Creative Cloud to the latest version? there was a release this week "Version 3.5.0.206 released on 2/11/2016" This could fix the issue your seeing, if not please report back and we can start to debug whats happening on your laptop.

Some obvious things are:

Are you logged into there same Adobe ID on both machines?

Has your laptop got any network issues?

Is your laptop behind a firewall? Antivirus?
